Planning is underway now for New Year's On The Grand 2010 at Rosa Parks Circle in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. 

Last year, more than 20,000 people jammed into Rosa Parks Circle, restaurants, bars, hotels, and anywhere they could to watch Grand Rapids have its very own ball drop at midnight and performance from national acts The Plain White T's, and Darryl Worley.
